I moved out early, still eating the same breakfast omellette DAILY since....

Cooking one right now.

Prosciutto, red peppers and spinach with provolone egg white omellette.

Yeah, I'm shredded ripped lol. So good things can arise from early independence. But I'm an aberration to most metrics I've found

I'm lucky I make my own prosciutto along with various other Italian culture preserves.
