No I trade futures contracts, I hate speculative like spots or margins, plus leverage on futures trades offer far higher returns than a simple buy and hodl. I hodl too but it’s all in offline address I haven’t touched in years and I keep the QR on me and just keep sending to the QR. trading futures is Peer to Peer trading, shortest pay the longs when it goes up and longs pay shorts if it does down via liquidation. Most dexs use a stable coin for perpetuals/futures

ah, i used to work as a contractor for a place that traded in salmon futures so i had to learn how those worked - they gave me a crash course in them when i joined the team

i was looking into buying Bitcoin futures at one point and managed to sign up for a trading platform but it turned out that the Norwegian branch of it didn't actually have the Bitcoin futures i was looking for

Yes! I love futures because it’s participant based and it’s all trader psych and market sentiments as opposed to straight up index price against other bitcoiners or plebes. I like to liquidate people on shorts because it’s easier to call towards the top and bet it going down than it is calling bottom to go up. Idk im a short trader and always have been but when I’m done with trades I just buy btc with my earnings so for me it’s a win, make more money than in mining or holding. That way mining when I start isn’t about profits as opposed to securing the network I noticed a lot of peoples momentum for btc fizzles when it’s not making them money and they lose money buying equipment and hardware wallets.
