Sure some relays will become something like a hub and it's not really a problem because Nostr is client side and dumb relay oriented. In that way, a relay can be easily created to compet hub for some content.

Some user want some kind of moderation some other not (and in this case will subscribe on no/low moderation) and nostr provide a simple solution for users.

Yep I guess it’s indeed the best answer to the problem of moderation on a decentralized social media. Each user moderating its own content by connecting to specific relays
