Can anyone recommend a good replacement for Alby? Right now I use it as both a wallet and NIP-06 signer. They're replacing it with the paid HUB. #asknostr

On mobile, I've been using NOS2X as my NIP-07 signer on android. I've also used it on Desktop. iOS users tend to use Nostore.

For wallet, I've been using my own node, with LNBits to provide LNURL (lightning address) and Nostr Zap support.

If you don't want to run you're own node and manage that, then Alby Hub in the Cloud is a decent option. Beyond that you go more custodial with fountain, wallet of satoshi, strike, etc.

I'm not really equipped to run my own mode so I need an option that is close but safe. Alby HUB is paid if you didn't want to manage it yourself. So my question is.... How hard is that for a person with limited experience in tech?

Managing it yourself is going to be more similar to running your own node in terms of channel management
