Can you ELI5 why force closes occur when fees are high? Does it have something to do with channel reserve?
Force closes always occur, they just really hurt when fees are high, especially if you have to resolve a ton of htlcs
I don't think they actually close more often when fees are high, at least since lnd bug was fixed, perhaps I am mistaken
Gotcha. Thankfully I haven’t experienced that yet, but I just halve the node in my phone. Not sure if it’s also vulnerable to that. Either way, good luck out there. 🫡
