No, that’s extremely out of scope for this project and I have no interest in maintaining that. When NWC comes to Breez SDK you should be able to use the wallet on mobile.
And another more fundamental question: is the backup on Nostr encrypted with our nsec key?
Yes, it’s identical to the Jumble backup method. Completely optional, of course.
On Blitz-wallet the secondary account to use for NWC has its own seedphrase derived from the main seedphrase, I was thinking of using that so I would have double backup.
That’s a pretty neat idea!
Another idea is to be able to insert your Spark address into your Nostr profile, so that the zap between Spark users would happen directly and with zero fees.
But there’s no field for that in the specs, and it’s not compatible with existing zap flows. How much would this save on fees, anyway? 1-2 sats?
I don't know, but I got this idea after trying the modified version of nostrudel with Ark where you can enter your own Ark address and using a forked Ark wallet with NWC It is possible to send and receive zaps on the Ark network.
That’s interesting, I guess there’s going to be a lot of innovation in this area soon.
One of my favorite features is that you can set multiple Lightning addresses for the same wallet if you have the seed phrase imported into several apps.
