You need lots of fruits and veggies on the regular. For me, the easiest and most delicious way to stay consistent is with smoothies.

I mix up a giant batch about once a week. Drink a pint glass right away and put two full blender bottles in the fridge for later. Also great to freeze into popsicles for your kids. I can't get my son to eat fruits or veggies but he will crush some smoothie pops.
