Not true. Dictatorship isn’t bad. Depends on the person. What if the dictator was the one doing the selling? That is usually who it is.

Just as long as you know it can be both. It's hard to tell for us who only see 90% propaganda on the topic.

Absolutely. And it can be dictatorship by committee like it is here in USA and Canada. No system is perfect because humanity isn’t perfect.
