Perhaps people don't realise that Bitcoin and crypto(as in -graphy) has been propelled forward significantly by the autistic community.

And the reason for this is simple, they understand better than most the tyrannical nature of group dynamics, the group mind and social games. they are also essentially forced out of participating in it's influence. They have fine grained perception of the problem, and the ability to do something about it.
