anything with meat and habaneros, or scorpions, or carolina reapers. the finer you mince the peppers the better it tastes. :D i never use recipes, but do love cookin.

scotch bonnets are also delightful as are the naga ghost, but those aren't used over here as often. what about you? what kind do you enjoy cooking with?
