⚡️ Are #Lightning microtransactions at risk? Are they economically unsafe or is it not that bad? In my new article for nostr:npub1fyej2m42xz3sp88m8w28hf8a00akxw453z388n46869e9x699apspr3djs NL, I delve into this topic and share more exciting news!

Ever wondered about combining loyalty programs, omnipresent in our physical and online shopping experience, with bitcoin? Meet Jolz Rewards, which is disrupting traditional markets with their innovative Bitcoin Rewards As A Service (BRAAS)! 🎖

Switching gears to Boltz - they're revolutionizing how we manage our cryptocurrency with their Liquid Swaps. This feature allows users to exchange lightning bitcoin for liquid bitcoin (L-BTC) and rebalance channels efficiently. This is a huge cost-saving compared to traditional swaps on the bitcoin base layer - a big step forward! 🔄

Finally, let's talk about Mash. This payment platform for creators uses the Lightning Network and has adapted their web-based lightning wallet to work perfectly on your smartphone. A fun DIY to support the 'Value for Value' model! 🛠

My guess would be that most reward programs would go away as more people make the switch to a hard money.

Interestingly, I don't care about rewards programs for the most part anymore. I order a lot of cigars so I do use the points they give me, but I don't go into debt for them (even if only temporarily) like I used to. I just bought sats with points I got toward the end of my credit card days. Do the same with the interest I still get on my fiat bill/job checking account.

Either way, it's all going into #Bitcoin. I don't know if that ultimately matters or not but it makes me smile.
