Le Corbusier shit is not being built anywhere for a long decades now. And I don't mind his stuff btw. Also the historic centre of Prague won't get any bigger or smaller in next centuries unless there is a war. No one wants to touch that.

At the same time Prague is very underdeveloped city with too much badly used space and wasted potencial. There is a lot of urban rot here because of red tape and nimby mindset it is hard to watch.
