I'm actually fascinated that at 172k ish, it has a larger market cap than literally everything in the world other than gold and a few fiat currencies like the USD, Yuan, Yen, GBP.

Id like to see BTC market cap vs wealth in real estate. Let land be worth its utility value instead of the roided out sector it is.

I agree. there is no real concrete real estate amount though. some say this, other that, does that count India and Africa, or China, etc .. so many variables and prices and currencies to compute and many countries don't have good records
