There are some that could be doing that, but some of these OGs are just out. Selling some or all of their stacks.
There's a cartel who borrowed a shit load of btc from Chinese miners about 2 weeks ago and they've been dumping it to find liquidation points so they can buy back cheap.

No OG sells all.
Those are just well funded speculators who only value fiat.
