I was stung by a wasp, about to scratch myself to death. Did I mention I'm allergic? 😂 Hopefully the swelling won't progress and I won't end up in hospital. Keep your fingers crossed.
25 mg of diphenhydramine might be helpful if you're still itchy and swollen.

Today I went to hospital because unfortunately, the swelling was getting worse and the pain radiated all the way to the armpit. I was given an injection and tablets.
