I know this might come as a big surprise but the Deep State also infiltrated the military just like the rest of the government. Nice example is Benghazi or the McCain weapons dumping in Syria. Not hard to believe the pharmaceuticals could slip in some experimental batches. Does make me wonder who in the military that could authorize the crap though. Not everyone follows their oath and many retired generals hunt for golden parachute positions within any lucrative military contractors.
