Coffee is delicious and good for you.

I have it just about everyday.

The days I don’t have, I’m not having “withdrawals” or mental negativity or lacking energy.

What kind of coffee?

Hot, black. Stevia once in a while.

“V60” pour, grinding Ethiopian beans that have fruity flowery undertone.

Medium cup espresso.

Never have after 2pm of I have work tomorrow but caffeine doesn’t have much of an effect on me anymore.

I stay active with or without, obviously much more active on gym days.

Ethiopian is on my list to try

I like the flowery fruity hints. I will skip the little bit of stevia I do use.

I don’t like bitter and prefer the pour overs over the machines
