i got an elderly neighbour thats a mulch nazi. im so tired of getting my home picked apart im at the point where i cant wait for them to die. id rather roll the dice on a new neighbour then have to deal with daily home inspections. its too much

they are the HOA Vice President and head of the Fine Comity. they love to take people to court. i just cant afford it

not fun. this particular one is worse then some others. the members have nothing else to do so they spend their days observing each other. we had one that went as far as making up a false identity to call city code enforcement on someone. this year over 50% of the community has received fines. and if you complain you get more. pain in the ass
