ah man, i seriously cannot work without caffeine. i'm getting better now, starting to fix the back muscle pain now by doing some stretches and exercise but my brain is still not in work mode for hours after i wake up, until i get me a coffee.
gonna have to break this, currently getting my fix in the morning involves a 45 minute round trip just to get a coffee, i'm gonna buy a jar of coffee and some of that evil UHT milk to make it so my gut doesn't go spaz from the coffee.
it is not helping at all that the weather has turned fully winter mode here now too... every night for 3 days now it's raining and raining all morning until i get to the damn cafe and then it is sunny and arrive back home and it takes half an hour just to cool down because my sweat is not working.

so yeah, skip all that i think. gonna get the coffee and be done with it.
