I read something about this yesterday but, afaik, if you disable said relay and I don't, you still get it because I do. As in, you're in the leper colony so you run the risk of losing your hand

It's deleted the post with the phrase in it. So hopefully that's put an end to it. I don't believe it's a permanent fix though.
On Amethyst if you add 'randomuser.me' in your security settings--> hidden words, it's stopped them for me.
If you go to randomuser.me you can see that's where they're all coming from too. Its an open source project
