Job sites are terrible. I am not filling out all of my experience for every single position I apply for. You can hire me for the first roll, contact me because my info is on file, or not get me.

There is no way you make the application process that difficult then treat your employees well.

If they cant figure it out then their internal processes are too fucked and at best Id offer consulting services to help them assess and improve.

Would not fill out same info twice as thats working for free.
