If you pronounce it "Noss-Turr" then "Nostradamus" doesn't work any more. Or noStrudel. It'd be "noss-terr-damus" and "noss-turdal". Please tell me this isn't how you guys are saying these words.

Nostra/ noss-truh is correct.

There are worse things than noss-turr, such as no-stir

Yes, no-stirr is maximally unacceptable. Causes private key loss etc
