Back story. They started building a porch when the county sent a cease and desist letter saying they needed a building permit. So they hauled over the pontoon that hasn't ran since last 4th of July when daddy got drunk and bent the prop. Daddy told the building inspector to kiss his ass "there ain't nothing illegal about parking a boat".
