What bitcoin app to recommend a small shop owner who speaks no english, has no idea about what Lightning is or how Bitcoin works, want to have the ability to sell Bitcoin for euro each day/week and just want to try it out as a payment system?

Breez? PoS included which is good… but no sell option.

Phoenix? Too complicated. EN only. No buy/sell option.

Blink? Too bugy. Too confusing. No buy/sell option.

Blixt? Too confusing. No buy/sell option.

WoS? Best option as it’s simple AND has PoS option… but custodial.

Breez seems to be the only app a noob could use AND stay non-custodial. Still no option too sell bitcoin for fiat.

What app or solution do you recommend your local farmer, hair-stylist or pizza-shop?

That is the best solution currently imo too.

I do hope that Relai manages to include Lightning asap.

But: They have massive problems with new iOS at the moment.

I think the best Option right now is Zeus. All what you need but not easy for newbees. So they need support until they understand all.

Zeus is so far away from delivering an app to newbies I can not even describe it. They have the dev-glasses on and don‘t understand the needs of normies at all.
