Characteristics: Has nice face that talks soft and nice. Governments right arm works to constantly come up with more (or less) ingenious ways of fleecing people out of their money with taxes, the other amr concentrates on how to steal people's money by introducing new inflation at opportune moments. Then there's the giand dick shoving our money down to every other hole with no regard for anything but his own well-being.
