What does one do when work decide to completely mess up their pay and only pay them for half a day when they should have gotten almost a month’s full pay????????????
I have a feeling they will try to pay me what I’m owed next month instead but I have loads of bills that need paying which will incur a lot of interest if not paid on time and the deadline is close.

If you signed a contract, read back through it… maybe there is a clause or something that explains their policy? If not… try going to HR with your pay stub, bills (highlight due dates) and ask them what to do. I’m sorry that happened to you and I pray everything works out. 🫂💫
Hey! Thanks for the advice, HR have told payroll to sort it asap for me but usually when these things happen they add it to the following months pay due to the pay roll date passing.
So it’s just an annoying situation. Will message again on Monday and see if they’re able to make an exception for me because its not just a little they owe me. It’s pretty much a whole pay
