does cashu-ts support locking cashu to a pubkey and melting cashu from a pubkey?
what do I need to know to lock cashu to an npub and melt it from that npub?

Yeah when you cash out it’s called melting when you cash in it’s called mint. It makes everything much more confuse than it really is.
Cash in => mint => from lightning
Cash out => melt => to lightning
That is how I get it at least
