Steel: 25%

Cars: 45%

Televisions: 45%

Makes sense because we abundantly have all this shit...so why import it and pay an oligarch and a corporation. I dont blame Trump for tariffing us back.

Also... Nothing is static. Everything is a negotiation. A policy of no tariffs while your trade partners tariff like mad is not negotiation, it's fleecing the US industry.

You should put those numbers in context.

For instance U.S. milk imports into Canada are subject to a 7.5% tariff within established quotas and a 241% tariff plus a minimum of $34.50 per hectoliter for quantities exceeding those quotas.

Quotas are the center of any trade agreements. And it makes sense.

Might want to fact check

Pretty sure the Canadian aluminum and steel tariffs on US went away after trumps last term.

Also quick ChatGPT check says dairy and poultry tariffs only kick in at high volumes to protect against flooding the market and they haven’t been triggered
