Neat. I don't have a dehydrator, but I may try leaving some strips of beef to dry in my oven at the lowest setting like I do with herbs and see if that works.
A long time ago i used my oven, it works, just use the lowest setting.

What cuts do yall use for the jerky?
It would be my first time, but I'd use whatever boneless cut I can fish out of my freezer. I'm running low though 😬
Eye of round is good for jerky, but really just something lean.
