Blackrock is filing for a bitcoin etf? Is that real or is there some sort of catch to it?

As far as I know, it is happening, which shouldn't be surprising. They have probably been stacking for months, if not years now.
hopefully it's a spot ETF
The coindesk article (only place I can find it) says they aren’t sure if it is or not. Hoping it’s spot too, Blackrock definitely has the best chance of getting a spot etf approved out of anyone who has applied before.

If it’s spot, this might be the one that actually gets approved just because it’s Blackrock filing.
