I humbly disagree.
The current economic model underlying #Bitcoin's security relies on the cost of energy to incentivize miners to secure the network. Without profits, miners lack motivation to dedicate resources towards securing the network. Moreover, if the cost of electricity were to approach zero, a malicious actor could potentially manipulate the blockchain with minimal effort.
