It worked well the first time for me after a broken upgrade to grub and incompatible kernel upgrade with my graphics driver.

I was panicking today because I was out and unable to connect to the phone’s Wi-Fi.
Then I thought: “oh, timeshift.”
Once home I restored a previous state and it’s working now.
