Maybe you have a wipe seed trick pin or you didn’t set your seed up ahead of time? Shouldn’t be an issue though moving forward since it’s set now.

I fired it up to sign a transaction (MK4) and instead of the normal "Sign Transaction" on top, it brought up the menu to create a new seed phrase. My security words looked great, start up looked great. I turned it off and tried again and it seemed to work like normal. Is this ok?

Thanks, I appreciate it. Ive been using this one for a year now so this was the first time seeing this difference. After thinking through security, I placed the transactions about 90 minutes ago, all is well. If it wasn't I'm sure it would have been hosed by now, hah. Thanks.
