Trump is thinking as a real estate agent. We take that property that’s trash and we give you another property in a different location that is not trash. Sounds like a good deal, right? The only problem is that he’s not taking the human element into consideration. Palestinians lived in this place for generations. They had families, made memories, spilled blood and they buried loved ones there. They have deep roots in this land and relocating them will create a whole set of new problems both for them and for the nation that accepts them. If you have never lived as an immigrant in a foreign country, it’s hard to grasp what Trump is asking from these people. It’s a solution of a kind, but far from the fairytale he’s spinning.
