3. 以上 2 點假設你的手機沒有被監視。要是你的手機被安裝了間諜軟件或者被檢查手機，那就做甚麼也沒用。

I would recommend you to practice good infosec:

1. Don't expose any personally identifiable information, such as name, birthday, etc.

2. Use Amethyst together with Orbot https://github.com/guardianproject/orbot , Orbot routes traffic through the Tor network to improve anonymity.

3. The above assumes your phone isn't being monitored. If there's spyware installed on your phone or if your phone is being checked, there's nothing you can do about it.
