I think it's asbergers. Adam Curry of No Agenda has spoken about this. Adam has torrets so the tweaking has been observed. Adam says he would never do a video podcast because it's easy for him to relax and tweak otherwise he has to hold it all together and it's difficult. He also noted that his torrets didn't start until after her was vaccinated.
