Super pissed. Housing fell through. Buyer swooped in before my taxes cleared... 😔

Help me tell my dad he should sell me this house I grew up in for $1 so I can then get a loan using the house as collateral to fix it up and live in the RV on property until the house is ready so his grandson has a solid foundation to grow from long term.

He's selling it for $60k to get out of the $40k debt he's in for the new car he didn't need while blowing the $100k from when my grandparents passed away.
