This is inspiring me. I’ve never actually made a quiche before. I have the eggs, bacon and cheese. Just need to get a pan. What size glass pan would you suggest?

I actually moved this quiche into a glass pan once it was chilled. I use this pan for my quiches because otherwise the crust gets ridiculously stuck to the glass dish https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000E3DTH4
