It’s a learning curve with HWWs, I was Ledger user myself and had suggested it to others (no longer tho), but moral of the story is “Use cRyPtO products, get rekt.”
If you’re securing bitcoin, only use open source, bitcoin-only products like Blockstream Jade or Foundation Passport.
And even beyond those two, this technology is always changing, very worth it to keep up with it all.
