No, that's not what these are. The red light ones are uncommon here, but times I've seen them they're big old set ups with flashing lights. These look like security cams on a 6 foot pole attaches to the metal arm. And there's often smaller secondary device that is less camera like. I'll get a picture sometime
Either way, you look at it, they're all cameras. Hahaha 🤷🏽♀️ there is no escaping the matrix unless you luve in the Forrest haha 😆
I'm certain they're surveilling or logging cars. Need to find out for sure
