People think that .NET is Microsoft property. It is not, it is open-source, and OS alternative exists for Linux for compilers and implementations.

.NET is powerful.
It is used by the main banks in the world (i.e. JPMorgan, BoA), Stack Overflow, Unity. Also in the Bitcoin space, like BTCPayServer!
A .NET Lightning implementation reduces barriers for companies to run their own infrastructure, integration is easy, performances are great.
NLightning goal for the end of 2026 is to have a library that integrates at least 75% of the specification.
For the near future, NLightning wants to offer enterprise level support.
