The foss ebook reader app i mentioned doesn't require doesn't take any effort. As for the ebooks torrents, it depends on how well known the author is, but shouldn't be hard to find them. I have a Pixel 9 Pro Fold, the inner screen is great to read ebooks.
This is a nice Android front end to libgen. You can download and read in your preferred reader app.
