You can cancel out the nnEMF of your computer desk setup by clamping this to the frame.
One of the simplest, best investments I've added to my office, which I rarely use now.

By frame which frame are you referring to?
My standing desk emitted a shit ton of nnEMF; clipping this to the steel desk frame, where the electronics are affixed, basically nulled it out.
I run all my cables into a single bundle, including from the desk, which seem to benefit the grounding clip.
Then I use a grounding pad under my keyboard and on a cushion for my feet.
Router is in an EMF cage.
Add warm lights and plants to the room.
Wear yellow tinted computer glasses.
Got the plants, chicken lamp, and cable management going. Monitors always on full night mode.
Link to emf cage for router?
Attached my router to a wood block then attached the router guard to a wood base.
Signal is weaker but we just barely get by. Worth it.
Might look at a timer next.

Not what I have seen with a meter. Mouse and keyboard still emit quite high emf. I use old school IR keyboard and mouse for zero emf on the hands.
