What about receiving zaps? Do any of those wallets support a receiving LNURL yet?
Not yet, but I have heard rumors of Zeus & Mutiny building for self-custodial LN support

The ones I know of don't support lnurl and ln address. I just use a free bitrefill ln address that's redirected from my nostrplebs address. I run my own node but I can't reverse proxy with starlink to use clearnet connections and most folk don't use their wallets with Tor so they wouldn't be able to resolve the address.
I believe lightning needs to adopt its own secure network or some of the other (i2c, tor, monero's network protocol) standards so it can work without clearness access and domain services. Hmm maybe use something like paynym for discovery/name services.
You've convinced me. I used to keep a couple of fiat bucks worth of sats on a custodial wallet, but you're right. Self custody is the way. We all need to practice what we preach...now I just need to figure out how to change my default zapping wallet...
