just taught my free class that I haven’t had the chance to teach for over six months in my community…

I listed it as a fascia focus class, but it ended up being a quantum health class and instead of one hour we used three and could have gone longer if the space allowed it . the ladies insisted on tipping me for such invaluable information. 🥹

I’m so grateful to have had such a fantastic group of people bringing amazing questions to the table and sharing their attention with me for so long. I want to get back to doing this more often but with my hectic schedule, I will have to start doing it online.

The only thing that comes close to this feeling of wholeness and totally embodied love and joy is surfing. 😂
