After experimenting on the other bird app for a month, I’ve decided to go back to the blue check.

The unpaid (“lurker”) experience is suboptimal, by (Elon’s) design.

Just letting you know. Some will feel compelled to send me hate… please do so now. 😂

I agree Jeff, the unpaid version is terrible. It can only be deliberate. However, I will keep trying to wean myself off of it, by keeping ON the unpaid terrible experience.

It's highly addictive and I'm trying to stop using that drug.

Psychedelics are better medicine to scratch the itch.

I've closed my account and now use Nitter when I want to read a tweet or a thread.

There are multiple instances.

For example:

https://nitter.nicfab.eu/

It's a sucky and laborious user experience, but that's kinda the point.

Nostr should become primary for me. Twitter thereafter. Not the other way around. Thx!
