Anyone know why #[0] Lightning Node app won’t load? I’ve tried accessing both via the onion address and through my local vpn in and it just gets stuck here.

Mine loads. Sometimes you’ll have to cli into it and restart the LND service. Do you know how to ssh into your umbrel?
I would just reboot it and if it doesn't come back up, login to the console and take a look at the logs. A quick reboot will probably fix it.

Is your node completely synced? Sometimes when I restart the node and it needs to sync up, the lightning node won’t load.
I find if I have too many apps open sometimes I need to close out umbrel, disconnect / reconnect wifi, and log back in.
Found success using commands while sshing (is that a word) into my node to stop/restart apps.
But I’ve found sometimes the lil raspi just needs a minute to chill
Keep an eye on the ram being used? Its probably maxing out at times. Im limited with a 4GB ram pi4 and wanting to upgrade to an 8 or 16G equivalent.
This happens to me a lot. I blame it on not enough RAM. It usually comes back after rebooting. Sometimes it just needs time and it will work again later.

You don't necessarily need to reboot. Look at the LND log to see whats happening after you SSH in:
tail -f ./umbrel/app-data/lightning/data/lnd/logs/bitcoin/mainnet/lnd.log
It could be starting itself up again after a crash.
You can just restart LND if you need with:
./umbrel/scripts/app restart lightning
