Still stuck on desktop? - the circle just spins when on ALL tab of notifications - if I click zaps tab - it works - then when i go back to all it works - but it won't work when i click from the left notifications menu

try clearing your cache by restarting your browser or accessing primal settings -> dev tools -> clear local cache
