Been having issues with my new #netgear AP (WAX220). WiFi signal, devices losing connection, streaming issues... With each update (about 2 in the last 4 months) issues were getting worse.

Yesterday got finally fed up with this and flashed #OpenWRT firmware. And guess what?! All issues gone!

Should have done it earlier!

Last 4 months were about a lot of research, netgear docs reads, config changes and tests. Those who also got a WAX220 access point like me, don't waste time. Return the product or go for OpenWRT, since the hardware is good.
