Primal/Nostr is still growing, and since it's FOSS anyone can permissionlessly build on top of it and is invited to, part of being early adopters is expected growing pains. You can always try to let the Devs know. I had contacted one of them about translation for different languages and they said they were working on it, messaged me back and thanked me for my feedback and stuff. 😎
